Both Trevor and i will be out sunday leading the B run. off to Wickham St Paul so a reasonable length run. I hope there will be a few out.

'fraid i wont be there, chaps. ive had increasing leg problem and physio thinks ive overdone it a bit and got achilles/calf strain. im having another rest and will have to build up again. I had entered that Essex Roads Sportive at end of Sept but that seems a bit optimistic now. It also means i never got round to doing a 25 this season either. Have to wait till next year i guess. My legs are already getting paler and hairier!!

I don't know how you managed it but my overall riding time for the last two weeks club runs have been with in 17 seconds of each other. This weeks was slightly longer.
